Who we are

Vendori.rs is an independent guide to planning a wedding in Serbia. For any data-related questions you can reach us through our contact page.

What data we collect

• Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (visits, pages, devices, usage patterns). This data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send you tips. Processing is handled by Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Contact form. The name, email and message you send are used solely to reply to you. Delivery is handled by Resend.
• Digital invitations. When you create an invitation, the details you enter (the couple's names, date and time, venue, message and schedule) are stored with Supabase so the invitation stays available at its link. The link is not published anywhere and the page is not indexed by search engines, but anyone who receives the link can view it — so share it only with your guests. You can delete the invitation yourself via your edit link, and we delete it automatically 30 days after the wedding date.
• RSVPs. If the couple turns on RSVP collection, the name a guest enters, their answer (attending / not attending), the number of people and any message are stored with Supabase and shown only to the couple via their edit link. This data is deleted together with the invitation — when the couple deletes it, or automatically 30 days after the wedding date.
• Planning tools. When you ask us to email a result (e.g. a budget or checklist), we store your email address and the data you entered in order to send tips. Guest names from the "Guest list" and "Seating plan" tools stay only in your browser and are never sent to us.

Cookies and local storage

• Essential (no consent needed). Your theme choice (light/dark), your progress in the tools and your cookie choice are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device.
• Analytics (with consent). Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies only after you accept. If you decline, analytics is not loaded.

Third parties

Data is processed by trusted providers solely for the purposes listed above: Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), Resend (sending emails), Netlify (hosting and form processing) and Supabase (vendor accounts and profiles).

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent. Send a request through our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Managing consent

You can change your consent for analytics cookies at any time. Clicking the button below re-opens the choice dialog.
